After our appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a brief online questionnaire regarding your goals, current fitness level, and any medical conditions you may have.
During our first consultation, we'll discuss your questionnaire responses as well as your typical day-to-day routine, likes and dislikes about fitness and nutrition - all of the things that will allow me to truly customize a plan that works for you! After getting to know you better, we'll do a brief fitness assessment that involves a warm-up, basic pushing, pulling and hinge movements, and a cool-down.
To conclude the consultation, we'll schedule a follow up appointment (approximately 30 minutes) where we'll discuss the unique training program I designed specifically for you and schedule your first training session.
In your training sessions I'll be with you every step of the way ensuring proper form and technique as well as discussing progress, adjusting your plan when necessary, and answering any questions you may have. Low on motivation? Don't worry I'll always bring my can-do attitude to keep you on the path to success!
